A Triumphant Return... kinda sorta.

I'm so damn

Hello? *blows the dust away* Anybody there? C'mon, I know you're out there, I can hear you breathing!

I am still among the living. I've been cheating on diaryland with Facebook and of course there's also still the naughty stuff keeping me busy. But the biggest roadblock to my doing any writing here of late was the Great Computer Crash of Aught Seven (as it has come to be known within my little 3 pound universe...). With all the illegal mp3 files and porn on my computer it's almost funny that my downfall resulted from my opening a guinea pig screensaver. I have learned my lesson. ALWAYS back-up your files and don't open executables unless you know exactly from whence they came.

This is wildly off-topic but it's something I noticed recently. It's not nearly as satisfying to hang up on someone when you get pissed off on a cell phone. With the old rotary-dial phones you could really drive your point home with a truly cathartic CRASH of the receiver. Now, no matter how angry you are the best you can do is an almost apologetic little *beep*. "Oh, yeah!? Well same to you pal and more of it!" *beep* It just isn't the same, is it?
